ACES 4 Hire is an AI enablement and custom software shop in Hopedale, Massachusetts. For 20+ years we've built and connected the software small and mid-sized businesses actually run on, then stayed to keep it running. These days most first conversations start with AI, and the answer is usually smaller and more practical than owners expect.

Off-the-shelf software makes you bend your business to the tool. We do the opposite: we start with how your business actually works, then build and connect the software to match. That applies to AI too. We look for the two or three places it earns its keep, and we say so plainly when the honest answer is that it does not. When something older still earns its keep, we modernize it instead of forcing a rip-and-replace.
